Make sure to prep your lips before application by exfoliating and moisturizing, as this lipstick will highlight chapped lips or imperfections. I also feel that this lipstick will flatter cool skin tones best, because of the very strong blue undertones in this lipstick.

This is not to say that warmer skin cannot pull off this shade, but more on that in a bit…. The blue undertones clash with the olive in my complexion, but in order to make this wearable, I simply apply some clear gloss on my lips, and then lightly apply Pink Friday over it. The result is less dramatic, with less of a blue undertone, and would look fabulous when paired with a smokey eye.
