From the reading and all the various activities for the unit, what stood to me the most are: How is ageism like sexism or racism? How is it different? If older people are disadvantaged, should they be considered a minority?

Why or why not? Ageism has many common attributes as sexism and racism Older people also continue to confront stereotypes and prejudicial attitudes that add to the burden many of them already face from the biological process of aging, like any minority group.
