Unscrew the back cover of the headlight unit from your Volkswagen Tiguan. After locating the rear fog light bulb on your car, remove the burnt-out bulb. I have only used rear fog lights once and that was when vis. I can't say I have noticed the fan change Ben - will keep a look out for that tomorrow morning.
